PhoenixTrading is a software tool for charting, analysis and trade execution. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker, or portfolio manager. Nothing provided through the Service — including charts, pivots, levels, indicators, alerts, simulations, examples or any other content — constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security or to pursue any trading strategy.

2. You are responsible for your decisions

All trading decisions are made solely by you, at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade and for every order placed through your account — whether placed manually or via any automated feature you enable. 5. Automated features

Features such as trailing stops, exit levels, price-action partial exits and trade guards act on parameters you configure and on market data that may be delayed or inaccurate. They may not execute as intended due to connectivity, broker, exchange, latency or data issues. You remain responsible for monitoring your positions. Do not rely on any automated feature as a sole safeguard.

6. Data accuracy & availability

Market data, prices and calculations may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service may experience downtime, interruptions or errors. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on data or from unavailability of the Service.

7. Third-party brokers

Order routing depends on third-party brokers and exchanges over which we have no control. We do not guarantee execution, fills, speed or price, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any broker or exchange.

8. Your acknowledgement

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that you are solely responsible for your trading activity and outcomes, and that PhoenixTrading shall not be liable for any trading losses or damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
