• Broker connection data — access tokens or session credentials you authorise so the Service can fetch data and route orders to your chosen broker. We do not collect your broker password.
• Usage & preferences — settings, saved layouts, chart preferences and feature configurations.
• Technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and diagnostics.
• Communications — information you provide when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form).

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store sensitive financial credentials such as your bank account numbers, card numbers or broker login passwords. The Service connects to brokers using token-based authorisation that you control.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To connect to your broker and deliver the features you use.
• To send transactional and service emails (e.g. OTP verification, password reset, alerts and digests you’ve enabled).
• To improve the Service, troubleshoot issues and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.

4. Legal bases

We process your information to perform our contract with you, with your consent (where applicable), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Brokers you connect, as necessary to provide the Service.
• Service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting and email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use them to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
